Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ma3ak platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Ma3ak is a platform that connects customers with service providers for various home services. We act as an intermediary and are not directly responsible for the services provided by third-party service providers.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

Booking and Payments

Ma3ak operates on a cash-only basis:

• Cash Payments: All payments for services must be made in CASH directly to the Service Provider upon completion of the service.
• Service Fees: Ma3ak charges a service fee to Providers for use of the platform. This fee is calculated per booking and is collected from the Provider in cash.
• Rates: Service Providers set their own rates. The total estimated amount will be shown before you confirm a booking.
• Cancellations: Cancellation policies are set by Ma3ak and may apply if you cancel a confirmed booking.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm service providers or other users
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

Service Provider Terms

Service providers must:

• Provide accurate information about their services
• Deliver services as described
• Maintain professional conduct
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Honor bookings and scheduling commitments

Limitation of Liability

Ma3ak is not liable for:

• Quality of services provided by third-party providers
• Disputes between customers and service providers
• Damages resulting from use of the platform
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Ma3ak platform are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Lebanon.
